Tuesday, November 14th, 7:30-9pm – My Romance: The Works of Richard Rogers, Riverside Theatre, 3250 Riverside Park Drive,
Price $45. Directed by Allen D. Cornell with music direction by Ken Clifton and Anne Shuttleworth. This musical showcase celebrates one of the most accomplished American composers of all time and features a talented cast of performers!
Thursday, November 16th, 6-9pm, HOUSE OF ART, CULTURE AND DESIGN, 845 Old Oak Lane – Opening Night Gala. Join them for the grand opening of the House of Art, Culture & Design followed by a cocktail reception held in the Pavillion. Friday, November 17th they are having a “Bubbles Bar” Wine Tasting from 5-7pm. Tasting includes champagne, prosecco and rose. Saturday, November 18th 12-2pm, Fashion Show and Luncheon. Join them for a stroll down the catwalk showcasing their fabulous local designers and boutiques. A delicious catered lunch will be served during the show. Sunday, November 19th 3-5pm “Tea and Leading Ladies Panel”. Strong women, strong tea. Enjoy tea and pastries while enjoying a panel of leading ladies in the arts share how they learned to “Profit from their Passion”. Friday, November 17th, 5:30-7:30pm – “Purses with a Purpose”, A gently used Designer Handbag and Accessory silent auction, being held at “Varietals and More, 54 Royal Palm Pointe. “Festival of Trees”, times vary at the Riverside Theatre, 3250 Riverside Park Dr. “Sugar and Spice” – encompassing the entire Riverside Threatre campus, Sugar and Spice, this year’s theme, will include the forest of glittering trees at the Children’s Threatre; Hall of Wreaths, Community Song Stage; Santa’s Village in the Live in The Loop area; A Christmas Shoppe; A Winter Garden in front of the Childrens Theatre; children’s activities and more to benefit Riverside Children’s Threatre. A Family Night party on the Saturday evening of the Festival will showcase holiday performances, hot chocolate, a synthetic ice skating rink, and gifts for the family! Saturday, November 18th, Santa’s Village at Riverside Theatre, please call for times. Free snack, beverage and candy for the kids (while supplies last). Have a blast in Santa’s Village under the Oak trees in front of Riverside Theatre. Visit Santa in his Vero Beach workshop and enjoy holiday lights, decorations, live entertainment, games and prizes and a children’s ice skating rink! “The Vero Vino Wine and Food Festival at the “Heritage Center” 4-6pm, 2140 14th Avenue. An intimate affair featuring an array of exquisite wines selected by wine entrepreneurs and experienced wine growers. Food pairing will also accent these selections.
