Ron Mashburn was awarded Top Producer for the Highest number of closings in the month of March 2018. Ron is a Miami, Florida native who was transferred to our area by AT&T as a Sales Management person with their cellular wireless division. Ron graduated from Florida State University, and then married his wife Leigh Ann. They have been married for 29 years and have two daughters, Emily and Erin.
In his own words, Ron says, “I love Florida for its weather, and enjoy any kind of water activity, plus tennis, running and working out in the gym. I became a Realtor because it is a unique industry that involves connecting the right buyer with the right property, and all the aspects of assisting the seller in marketing their home and achieving their goals. My background of over twenty years in sales and sales management makes me particularly well-qualified to work in this industry. Phyllis Waddell Horner, earned Top Producer for the Highest number of New Listings and the second Highest Number of Closings in March of 2018. Phyllis Waddell Horner, an Award Winning Licensed Realtor in Indian River County for nineteen (19) years has joined the firm. Phyllis is that rare find a true native Floridian whose roots go back in the County many years. She is an active member of the National Association of Realtors, as well as the Florida Association of Realtors, and has served on the Ethics Committee for the Indian River County Board of Realtors. She has also been active in the American Association of University Women where she co-chaired the Scholarship committee for the County.
